Having already created their primary website, DAT Performance tasked Moirae Creative with creating a microsite with the specific aim of increasing sales of their leading software, ProActive. It was important that we communicated the benefits of the software in a convincing way and encouraged conversions on the microsite as much as possible.
Throughout our designs we focussed on showing low fidelity screenshots and animations of the ProActive software, to clearly communicate the benefits and show what the software can do, without making things overcomplicated or creating full instructional videos. We tailored the user journey to encourage conversions, with a data capture for that the ProActive sales team can easily follow up on. We used Umbraco as our CMS of choice which allowed DAT to update content on the go, and we also created specific mobile and tablet designs to make sure the website responded seamlessly to changes in device size.
